[Pw_forum] symmetry operations in PW

OK, I agree. Anyway when pwscf lists symmetry operations includes all elements of the 
symmetry group (which may or may not belong to the same class, this is irrelevant at this 
stage). The important point here is that those two rotations must always appear together, 
otherwise you will not obtain a group.
