[Gabriele Sclauzero]

Very easy to understand, if you have a little knowledge of Fortran90: there was an error 
in reading the inputpp namelist!
It seems that this namelist includes only prefix and outdir keywords, as you can check at 
the beginning of the source file PP/pw2casino.f90.

   IMPLICIT NONE
   INTEGER :: ios

   NAMELIST / inputpp / prefix, outdir

   CALL start_postproc(nd_nmbr)
