[Pw_forum] phonon structure factor

Dear all,

I am trying to calculate the phonon structure factor from the  
matdyn.modes file. The textbook I am using shows two different  
definitions of the  polarization vector that differ by exp(iqd),  
where d is the position vector to the dth atom within the unit cell.  
How is the polarization vector defined in PWSCF?
