This looks OK. 

Are you sure you still get "Y/xc_***: no such file or directory" message
or is the message different now?

or does it says: "/disk2/jdong/xyh/xcrys_tmp/xc_***: ... no such file or
directory"

If it is the latter, it can be the problem related to write permission
of /disk2/jdong/xyh/xcrys_tmp or to full disk.
