[Pw_forum] ultra-soft psedudo potential

Dear PWSCF users,
I know this might not be the right place to ask but I just want to
give a try.
I use the standard uspp-736 package to generate an ultra soft peseudo
potential (downloaded from David's homepage). There is an option in the
generation: "lloc" indicates which local potential to use. However if we
set "lloc = -1", it means "simply match polynomial inside rcloc to ae
potential outside" (from the menu). What does it really mean? Is there a
local potential if we set "lloc = -1"?
       Thank you very much.
