q2r.x, like matdyn.x, dynmat.x, and many other
auxiliary codes, is not parallelized and should be run
on a single processor. It sort of works in parallel
(i.e. only one process is actually executed) but
with no advantage at all wrt execution on one
processor, and the disadvantage that error handling
will cause more errors, and produce confusing
error messages
