Thanx for your answer, besides i want to ask you one more thing!

what may cause this incomplete convergence(sorry if it's silly)? and about increasing the branches of phonon dispersion, using the SC scheme (like the linear chain described in Ashcrofht & Mermin), how many frequencies will you get of Si lattice at the experiment finally(the two schemes describe different # of modes at the Gamma point?
