[Pw_forum] Pseudo_Generation/unknown pseudo error

I regret to say that your input file works for me (QE-3.2). Also the
output PP looks quite ok (as much as you can say without testing it). What
version of QE are you using?

P.S. I would just change this line:
    file_pseudopw='FBLYP.VAN_AK',
to
    file_pseudopw='FBLYP.VAN_AK.UPF',
in order to use "new" file format.
