[Pw_forum] compilation on itanium2 based HP-UX ia64

Hi,
in other case, you can avoid using 'cpp'. The HP fortran compiler has a special flag (+cpp=yes) which can be used. Be sure to replace
.f90.o:
$(CPP) $(CPPFLAGS) $< -o $*.F90
$(MPIF90) $(F90FLAGS) -c $*.F90 -o $*.o
by
.f90.o:
$(MPIF90) $(F90FLAGS) -c $<
