[Pw_forum] lattice vector defination

Dear all ,
Sorry for the repeating of my question. I am so puzzled by the definition of the lattice vector for monoclinic
 
 lattice (especially the base-centered monoclinic ) in PWSCF package. 
 
Would you kindly tell me the definition or where the definition is given in the package.
