[Pw_forum] ph.x does not react on prefix.EXIT

Moin,
just one small bug report: the phonon code ph.x (version 2.1.5) does not 
seem to check for the prefix.EXIT file to allow 'clean' shutdowns of jobs 
to be resumed later.
Sending the jobs a TERM and resuming them later on worked though, but
treating a job already running for one week like this gives a bit bad feeling
in the stomach ;)
