 Actually it appears that _FFTW preprocessing directives are scattered
not only in Modules/, but also in PW/ and CPV/ subdirectories. So it
might be tricky to update things cleanly to FFTW3, without looking
carefully through all of the _FFTW related stuff in the other
subdirectories.
