[Pw_forum] definition of parameter conv_thr

Hi,

Obviously, it is total energy treshold. Please have a
look at /Doc/INPUT_PW in your Espresso directory.
As a sequence, it is not the same as tolwfr and tolvrs
in ABINIT.
