I try set "MYLIB = lapack", but still got "

Yes, if lapack library is not installed on your machine, you can set  
"MYLIB = lapack" in the make.sys file after configuration (configure  
will probably set "MYLIB = blas_and_lapack", but if you do have essl,  
you don't need blas).
