[Pw_forum] Projected phonon DOS, done

Hello Pwscf developers,
       A couple of weeks ago I wanted to calculate the projected phonon DOS and
posted my questions here. Mr. Paolo Giannozzi gave me some hints. Now I have
made a subroutine to do it by tetrahedron method. It works well. I am just
wondering whether the developers want to include it in the next version.
