[Pw_forum] Is that possible to make a parallel version of PwSCF under Win2K?

Dear all:
Maybe,it is a silly question. I'm a beginner of PwSCF.
But the computer cluster in our lab is built under
Win2K/MPI.Is that possible to make a parallel version
of PwSCF under Win2K and cygwin?
