k-point grid offset along the 3 crystal axis (in reciprocal

equivalent to "4 4 4 0 0 0", I guess.

k1 = 0 means no offset in the 1 direction, k1 = 1 means that
the k-point grid is translated by one-half of the grid step in 
the 1 direction : G_1 /(2*nk1). Same on directions 2 and 3.
