[Pw_forum] Intel Fortran, Atlas and parallel PWScf

Dear Roberto,

ATLAS does not contain all LAPACK and BLAS
subroutines. xerbla.f and dlamch.f refer to the BLAS
and  LAPACK libraries, respectively.
