[Thermo_pw-forum] [QE-users] Error in running thermo_pw

This error means that the code cannot open the outdir
directory. This happens for different reasons:
you have not permission to write and execute on the
parent directory, or the parent directory does not
exist at all because you have an error in the path
to the outdir directory.
