[Thermo_pw-forum] Error in instalation

Thank you for reporting. This is a new tool and not all compilers have
been tried on it. I have now corrected the file and submitted it to the
git version of thermo_pw. You can just take the file

https://github.com/dalcorso/thermo_pw/blob/master/tools/pdec.f90

click on raw and save the page. You should obtain the file
pdec.f90. Put it in your directory thermo_pw/tools
and recompile.
