[Thermo_pw-forum] Difference between approximate debye temperature and debye temperature

Look within the lib/debye.f90 module. The references
to the equations used to calculate the approximate Debye temperature are
written there.
The reference is:
Comp. Phys. Comm. 158, 57 (2004).
