[QE-developers] Using QE as a part of a software I am creating.

Dear Bhargava Kalapatapu

QE is licensed under the GNU public licence (GPL) and the terms of GPL 
apply. Basically, you can do what you want with QE, but if you 
distribute a software based upon QE ("derived work"), you have to 
distribute the sources of your software as well.
