From davide.ceresoli at cnr.it Thu Jan 22 15:37:08 2026 From: davide.ceresoli at cnr.it (Davide Ceresoli) Date: Thu, 22 Jan 2026 15:37:08 +0100 Subject: [QE-developers] GPU documentation Message-ID: Dear all, I'm working on making GIPAW run on GPUs. Up to now I can compile, link and run. The results are not correct and still need to do further calls to GPU routines. Is there a document of presentation about the current status of the GPU implementation in QE? for instance do I need to create pairs of (host, device) arrays, and transfer them back and forth? any other tips? Best wishes, Davide From paolo.giannozzi at uniud.it Thu Jan 22 17:57:53 2026 From: paolo.giannozzi at uniud.it (Paolo Giannozzi) Date: Thu, 22 Jan 2026 17:57:53 +0100 Subject: [QE-developers] GPU documentation In-Reply-To: References: Message-ID: My very modest knowledge about GPU is collected here: https://gitlab.com/QEF/q-e/-/wikis/home under "GPU programming" Paolo On 1/22/26 15:37, Davide Ceresoli wrote: > Dear all, > > I'm working on making GIPAW run on GPUs.
