[QE-developers] Problems with subscription and installation

Dear sir/lady,
I am writing this mail because I can't login and download the files of QE.
I have registered and copied a password when I was generating the account,
but when the time came to login, the same password that I pasted  before
didn't work, I have tried multiple times but it always says that the
password is wrong (even with different emails).
Not only that, it appears that when I click on "lost password" and write my
e-mail, no "recover your password" e-mail ever arrives.
