[QE-developers] QE Online Documentation Unavailable after Website Update

Hello,

I apologize if this isn't the right place to raise this issue and I'd be
happy to file a report somewhere else if someone would point me in the
right direction, but it seems that sometime between December 3 and December
5, when the new QE website went online, the general documentation and the
package specific PWscf documentation was made unavailable.

When I visit the main QE website and then navigate to "users" ->
"documentation", both the HTML and PDF links for general documentation take
me to a "Page not found" message. Similarly, when I navigate to
"documentation" -> "package-specific documentation" and click the PDF link
for PWscf, I'm taken to the same page. The link for HTML takes me to a
table of contents, but when I click "3.3 Electronic structure calculations"
I'm taken back to the same "Page not found" message.

This also happens when I Google search "quantum espresso user's guide" and
"pwscf user's guide".
