[QE-developers] PC for QE

Dear QE developer,
I want to build a PC for QE. Due to limited funding, we cannot buy
"all-parts-top" mashine. So which one decides the calculation speed mostly?
CUP clock speed, number of threads, or RAM? Thank you.
