[QE-developers] Is there a Chinese organization that promotes Quantum Espresso?

Dear developers：

I'm Debo Hao from China. Recently, our research group is using QE for simulation calculation. QE is a powerful tool and open source. I am interested in QE , Is there any organization of QE association, or QE community in China ? I would like to join and promote the use of QE  in China.
