Dear Naoki

we are of course very happy to support recent NEC machines. Do I understand
correctly that you have worked with v.6.3 of Quantum ESPRESSO? It is almost
two years old, How to proceed in practice depends upon how extensive your
changes are, and how much the code has changed with respect
