[QE-developers] Bug in bands.x

Hello,

I've noticed that bands.x crashes with error "Error reading bands 
namelist" if the input file (given by -in or using pipe < ) does not end 
with blank line.

This is tested in versions 6.2, 6.2.1 and 6.5. Adding "enter" at the end 
of the file seems to resolve this problem.
