[QE-developers] Quantum espresso on windows

You may ask for a trial license: the windows executable will work also when
the license has expired. Not sure the SCM guys will appreciate, though.

The current state of Windows compilation is reported at the end of this:
gitlab: https://gitlab.com/QEF/q-e/issues/21 . I was very happy when I
managed to compile and execute QE on my wife's notebook, much less so when
the same binaries didn't run at the tutorial they were compiled for (error
when checking the tmp directory; the SCM binaries do not have this
problem). I have always hated Windows without a real reason, now I have one.
