[QE-developers] Incorrect shape of arrays

Dear Prof. Giannozzi

Hello.
In the routines for DFPT with the tetrahedron method, I found references of
arrays with the incorrect shape.
However, it causes no problem unless we use some debug options of gfortran.
I attached a patch file to fix it.

I would appreciate it if you apply this patch.
