[QE-developers] Documentation on QE

Hello,

I'm a graduate student and I'm trying to learn how Quantum ESPRESSO works
so I can hopefully modify it and contribute.  Unfortunately I'm having
trouble understanding the code and can't find very detailed documentation
(such as what the variables and functions are).  Do you have any advise on
how I should start to understand QE?  And can you point me to any
documentation?
