[Q-e-developers] QE developers' meeting

Reminder: the QE developers' meeting will be held at Sissa, Trieste, 
starting on the morning of Feb.1st. People interested in making a 
presentation are kindly requested to provide a tentative title so that 
we can start to write the program. It will be possible to follow the 
meeting remotely via hangout.
