Great, thanks.
Here is a correction for item 3 on building with -mkl (i forgot to
include LAPACK_LIBS):
./configure BLAS_LIBS='-mkl=cluster' LAPACK_LIBS='-mkl=cluster' SCALAPACK_LIBS='-mkl=cluster'
