[Q-e-developers] QE v6.2

There is some deadline for MaX end of August, if I remember correctly,
so something has to come out for that date for sure. I don't think
there will be any release earlier than that. One stumbling block is
the new I/O: it must be ready, in final form, and working for all
cases.
