[Q-e-developers] D3 in QE 6

Dear Andrij,
D3 is still there, but it is not in the standard tar package. It should be
downloaded automatically doing "make d3q" but to be sure to get the last
version goto sf.net/ <http://sf.net/d3q>p/d3q
