[Q-e-developers] QE v6.2

[Paolo Giannozzi]

There MUST be a release by the end of August, because it was promised as a
deliverable in the MaX project. It seemed logical to release v.6.2 together
with the MaX release, but I am not sure this is going to happen. Anyway the
mentioned problem is easy to fix.
