[Q-e-developers] QE does not compile with PGI 15.07

I changed these lines, because at least on my mac (with gfortran) the
old code generated .plot file with double backslashes, that causes
gnuplot error.
The present version of the code (compiled with gfortran) produce
reasonable gnuplot script with one backslash at the line end for line
continuation.
