[Q-e-developers] QE does not compile with PGI 15.07

Dear developers,

Just to mention that the buildbot test-farm flagged a crash compilation
with PGI 15.07:

I do not have the time to investigate this further now so I just report it
here since QE 6.0 release should be close.
