MPI_IALLTOALL is a MPI-3, very old MPI libraries may not have this routine. It is possible to automatise the detection of MPI-3 enabled feature during the configure step but my suggestion is to keep a legacy old-fashion MPi_ALLTOALL until MPI-3 becomes more pervasive and widely adopted.
