[Q-e-developers] Information about interaction with electromagnetic field

Dear Developers,

I am a Master student in Physics. I would like to ask if with QUANTUM ESPRESSO it is possible to treat the interaction of an atom with the electromagnetic field NOT in the dipole approximation, i.e. using the full vector potential term A(r, t).
