[Q-e-developers] Where are the tests in the QE 5.4.0 release?

Dear colleagues:
I may have missed something, but there are no ./test sub-directories
in the QE 5.4.0 distribution. What's happened to them? A missing test
suit makes verification of the compiled code difficult.
