[Q-e-developers] Bug in FFTXlib

Dear Martin,
   thanks again.
   apparently fft arrays are initialized twice in a non-Gamma phonon 
calculation.
   and the new structure correctly complains!
   I'm looking into it... hope to have a fix soon.
