[Q-e-developers] Compilation problems with Intel compilers 16.x

Plain configure, no modification to make.sys apart when I removed the compiler options on purpose
./configure --enable-openmp --enable-parallel --without-scalapack MPIF90=mpiifort
[fs395 at login001 PW-AUSURF112_K]$ mpiifort --version
