Dear everybody, 

I done the tag QE-5.4.0 yesterday evening, now I am working offline to generate the packages to upload on the QE-FORGE. I will circulate a proper announcement on pw_forum later this evening. You can resume committing into the trunk.

Thank to everybody for the patience and the effort. The next release v.6.0.0 is scheduled around September.
