[Q-e-developers] Developers' meeting

I have already presented a couple of years ago the implementation of the 
Environ module, but if you think it would be useful I can talk about its 
current release and its applications. Maybe it would be useful to 
discuss it in the context of plugins to pw, as it was probably done one 
of the last times by Layla.
