[Q-e-developers] Next QE release

I think it is time to start preparing the next QE release.
Could all of you please 
- commit ASAP all changes that should go into the next release
  (please REFRAIN FROM DISRUPTIVE AND LAST_MINUTE-CHANGES)
- verify that everything you typically do with QE, especially 
  with less-common packages and codes, works with the svn version,
- complete incomplete information in the documentation,
- do any other operation that you deem necessary in order to have
  a working and reliable QE distribution
