[Q-e-developers] Band parallelization

Has anybody ever written an explanation of how 
parallelization over bands work in PWSCF? In
particular:
- which cases are implemented
- which calculations are parallelized
- which arrays are distributed (if any)
- what is common with CP and what is different
- when it is convenient, when it is not
- ...
