[Q-e-developers] Commit r9459 & r9460, changes in two Makefile

Dear all,

I modified a little bit "trunk/espresso/TDDFPT/src/Makefile" and "trunk/espresso/PHonon/PH/Makefile" in order to facilitate my (future) work of building an alternative executable where GPU acceleration in present. I tested the compilation on several machines with several compilers, both serial and parallel. But if you experience some troubles, feel free to revert my modifications.
