[Q-e-developers] starting moving examples for Pw and PP

Dear all, I have just commited the changes in the dir structure for PP. Now
I'll start moving the examples related to Pw and PP from examples to
PW/examples and PP/examples. It would be very helpful if no commit are done
on examples and PW/examples and PP/examples for the next days.
